Job Summary:

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking an experienced cardiovascular surgeon to join a local established practice in the Bradenton, Florida community.

 

Qualified Candidates: 

  • Board-certified with extensive experience in complex cardiac and thoracic procedures, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and aortic surgery
  • Advanced proficiency in open-heart, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted surgical techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to make critical, time-sensitive decisions in high-risk and emergency surgical environments
  • Expert in interpreting cardiac imaging and diagnostics (echocardiography, CT, MRI, angiography) to guide surgical planning
  • Strong leadership skills with experience directing multidisciplinary surgical teams in high-acuity operating settings
  • Proven track record of optimizing patient outcomes through meticulous pre-operative assessment and post-operative management
  • Highly skilled in intraoperative precision, vascular suturing, and complication management
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly explain complex procedures and risks to patients and families
  • Committed to patient-centered care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Adept at managing high-pressure environments, maintaining focus during long, complex procedures
