Cardiovascular Technician

Required Skills:
- Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years hospital experience
- Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), CVT, or CRT
- Valid licensure from the California Board of Health or certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular procedures
- Experience with invasive cardiovascular procedures and diagnostic testing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or higher in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
- Proven experience in a hospital environment, particularly in cardiovascular invasive procedures
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Some on-call responsibilities
- Travel package available upon request
- Valid state licensure or certification as specified
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $55.00 inclusive of 11 Paid Federal Holidays, with an additional $5.09 paid towards health and wellness benefits.
