This role is essential to ensuring a clean safe and fully operational fueling environment for customers. The primary responsibilities include routine cleaning equipment maintenance troubleshooting and monthly inspections. This position may also support operations at the local plant as needed.
What Youll Do
Customer ServiceAssist customers with any issues encountered at cardlock locations.Provide excellent courteous service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.Report customer concerns to management when necessary.
Essential FunctionsDaily Cleaning & Basic MaintenanceClean dispensers restrooms and fuel islands.Clean wash pump nozzles and pads.Check and refill windshield washer fluid.Inspect and maintain supplies such as blue towels and toilet tissue.Dump garbage and pick up litter on site.Maintain grounds surrounding cardlock locations including mowing weed pulling and spraying.Assist customers with general needs when possible.Communicate observations and concerns to management.Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.Skills & ExperienceAbility to work independently and maintain a regular service schedule.Valid drivers license and clean driving record.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to follow written andor verbal instructions.Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to varied weather conditions i.e. heat wet cold etc.
