Pay rate - 20 to 25 an hour (determined by highest level education, healthcare experience, customer service experience and total number of years of work experience)

Monthly bonuses offered based on performance ($700-$1200 per month) after training

Parking - we offer $150 parking stipend monthly

Start date - 9/21 (no time off allowed in the first 6 weeks of training)

Shift - Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift within their hours of operation

*Must be available to work any shift between 7am to 8pm*

Training hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday for the first 6 weeks of training

After 9 months you would have the opportunity to work remotely one day a week! If you hit your metrics for three consecutive months, you can work from home 2 days a week

As a Care Advisor you would help create a concierge-level experience for members by navigating them through the surgical continuum. You would play a critical role in the success of the business by developing high-quality relationships and creating memorable experiences. A critical aspect of the role is engaging and selling the value of our service to every member. Responsibilities include answering questions, education on the surgery process, incentives for participation, and helping with provider selection along with coordination with physician offices. Successful Care Advisors will not only engage new members but will always look to go the extra mile to make all members navigating complexities of surgery feel supported and valued. High energy, an empathetic approach, and passion for providing top-tier customer service are necessary! Must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment centered around customer excellence over all things. Responsibilities:

Assist members with finding a provider in network for surgeries

Assist with scheduling procedures

Handle inbound and outbound calls
\n
Send referrals
\n
Confirm appointments with patients and provider offices
\n
Taking information from members and logging this correctly into the CRM system
\n
Assist with booking travel
\n
Coordinate follow up appointments
\n
Call provider offices to request medical records
\n
\n

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required

Ability to commute to and work in the Dallas office daily
