BUILD A CAREER WHILE HELPING CHILDREN THRIVE
At Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, we believe every child deserves access to exceptional care. Behind every successful therapy journey is someone who helps make it happen.

We're looking for a Care Coordinator who is passionate about helping families, thrives on organization and problem-solving, and wants to play an active role in the growth and success of a thriving pediatric therapy practice.

This is not simply a front desk position.

This is an opportunity to become a key operational partner within our organization—someone who helps ensure children receive the care they need, therapists maintain healthy schedules, and our clinic continues to grow and serve more families throughout our community.

For the right candidate, this role offers a long-term administrative growth pathway with opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement as the practice continues to expand.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Coordinate therapy schedules to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care.
  • Proactively identify and fill cancellations, openings, and scheduling gaps.
  • Help families navigate intake, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care with confidence and compassion.
  • Monitor scheduling trends and therapist availability to maximize access to care.
  • Support therapist productivity by helping maintain healthy and efficient schedules.
  • Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with families while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that help strengthen and grow the practice.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success in this role is more than answering phones and scheduling appointments.

You will play an important role in helping:
  • Families receive recommended therapy frequencies.
  • Therapists maintain productive schedules.
  • Open appointments get filled quickly.
  • Scheduling challenges get solved proactively.
  • Clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • The practice continue growing to serve more children and families.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
  • Enjoy helping people while also working with numbers, schedules, and systems.
  • Take ownership of challenges and naturally look for solutions.
  • View an open appointment as an opportunity to help a family and strengthen the practice.
  • Are energized by organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Like identifying problems before they become bigger issues.
  • Are comfortable balancing compassion with accountability.
  • Want to build a long-term career rather than simply fill a position.
  • Enjoy contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, patient coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Experience in pediatrics or outpatient healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology, EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA or willingness to learn.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:
We are committed to developing exceptional team members.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, initiative, and operational excellence may have opportunities to advance within our administrative career pathway as the practice continues to grow.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us for years to come and become an integral part of our organization's future.

BENEFITS:
  • $23-$27/hour based on experience.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and bereavement leave.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Life insurance.
  • 401(k).
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Professional development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture.
  • And more...
