Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator Assistant / Direct Service Professional.
Role Overview:
This hybrid position combines administrative support duties with hands-on care delivery. You will spend part of your time assisting the Care Coordination team with office-related tasks, and the remainder providing direct support to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
- Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
- Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators and other staff to promote client well-being.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
