NES Assurance is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to support our growing IVF Cycle Monitoring and Benefit Coordination programs.

In this role, you will help patients, intended parents, surrogacy agencies, fertility clinics, and healthcare providers navigate the logistical and financial complexities of assisted reproduction. You will coordinate access to local IVF monitoring services, verify insurance benefits, communicate with providers, and help ensure that each client receives timely, cost-effective care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, conducting research, and managing important details. Previous fertility experience is helpful but not required—we will provide training to the right candidate.

What You’ll DoIVF Cycle Monitoring Coordination\n

- Identify convenient, qualified local providers for ultrasound and laboratory monitoring.
- \n
- Coordinate appointments and communication among patients, fertility clinics, monitoring facilities, and ordering providers.
- \n
- Obtain and compare pricing estimates to help clients access cost-effective care.
- \n
- Send medical orders, patient demographics, billing instructions, and other required documentation.
- \n
- Confirm that providers have received all necessary information before scheduled appointments.
- \n
- Follow up on scheduling, results, documentation, and billing issues.
- \n
- Maintain accurate case records throughout each monitoring cycle.
- \n
Insurance Benefit Coordination\n
- \n
- Contact insurance carriers and healthcare providers to verify eligibility and applicable benefits.
- \n
- Gather, review, and summarize benefit information for clients and internal team members.
- \n
- Help patients and agencies understand coverage requirements, limitations, authorizations, and potential financial responsibilities.
- \n
- Assist with provider coordination, billing questions, and supporting documentation.
- \n
- Identify potential coverage or access issues and escalate them appropriately.
- \n
- Maintain clear, timely communication with clients, providers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- \n
Case Management and Administration\n
- \n
- Manage multiple active cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining close attention to detail.
- \n
- Document all communications and case activity thoroughly.
- \n
- Conduct online and telephone research to identify appropriate healthcare resources.
- \n
- Prepare Word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, correspondence, and case summaries.
- \n
- Use Microsoft Office and NES Assurance’s internal case-management systems.
- \n
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, agencies, clinics, and business partners.
- \n
- Protect confidential medical, financial, and personal information.
- \n

Qualifications\n

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- \n
- College degree preferred.
- \n
- Experience in case management, care coordination, medical administration, insurance benefits, fertility services, or healthcare customer service preferred.
- \n
- Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare billing, or insurance verification is helpful but not required.
- \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer-based research.
- \n
- Training in assisted reproduction and NES Assurance’s programs will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
- \n
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
- \n
- Profit-sharing bonus: Typically $4,000–$10,000 annually, based on company performance and applicable plan terms.
- \n
- Health insurance stipend: Approximately $2,000–$5,000 annually.
- \n
- SEP IRA: Employer-funded retirement contribution.
- \n
- Four weeks of paid time off.

With base salary, typical profit sharing, and the insurance stipend, the position offers an estimated annual compensation package of approximately $58,000–$75,000, before the value of the employer-funded SEP IRA contribution and other benefits.
