Care Coordinator – ABA Services
Location: Highland Park, NJ – In Office
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Spanish Speaking: Required
Circle Care Services is looking for a warm, organized, and highly responsive Care Coordinator to join our team. The Care Coordinator serves as an ongoing point of contact for families receiving ABA services and helps make sure their services run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, is a strong problem-solver, and knows how to follow through.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services
Build strong relationships with parents and provide ongoing support
Respond to parent questions, concerns, and service-related needs
Help resolve scheduling, staffing, and other day-to-day service issues
Communicate with BCBAs, therapists, and internal teams to coordinate client needs
Follow up proactively with families and make sure concerns are resolved
Keep client information and updates accurate in company systems
Identify issues that could impact a child's services and work with the appropriate team to resolve them
Help ensure families have a positive experience with Circle Care
What We're Looking For
Fluent Spanish and English required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, patient, and comfortable working closely with parents
Strong organization and follow-through
Able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues through resolution
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
Experience in ABA, healthcare, case management, customer service, or care coordination is a plus
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
This is an in-office position in Highland Park, NJ.
