Overview:

El Paso Physical Therapy Services, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Horizon Office team! 

  
Part Time - up to 20 hours
Salary:  $ 15.00  per hour
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday
Clinic Address: 13791 Horizon Blvd, Ste 300 79928

You set the tone for the entire patient experience: organized, warm, and professional from the very first call through every visit. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where no two days look the same, and where your ability to stay calm, follow through, and take ownership makes a direct impact on patients and the clinical team.

Responsibilities:

This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, and payment collection.  

 

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients.
  • Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
  • Pleasantly answer phones and/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
  • Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Efficiently schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients. 
  • Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such preparing patient charts/documents, data entry and collection of payments.
  • Complete opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance. 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills. 
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and amazing customer service skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others.
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
  • Bilingual Preferred
