Capitol Physical Therapy is seeking an AMAZING Care Coordinators to join our award-winning Sun Prairie team.  Compensation: $18-20/hour

 

Schedule Needed:
• Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
  • Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such as data entry, collection of co-payments, order supplies, perform general office upkeep, and assist billing team with insurance verification and Authorizations.
  • Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
  • Assist therapists with rooming patients, check-in and out, and assist in patient care.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
