Client Care Coordinator
Location: San Francisco Bay AreaEmployment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives while keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Client Care Coordinator to join our growing home care team.
In this role, you'll be the connection between our clients, caregivers, and operations team—ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our caregivers every step of the way. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate client services and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage caregiver scheduling and respond to staffing changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Audit caregiver credentials and maintain compliance with California Home Care requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records using WellSky and other agency systems.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help resolve service concerns.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support continuous process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, scheduling, care coordination, staffing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with WellSky or other home care software is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A compassionate, client-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications
We're especially interested in candidates who have:
  • Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM or project management platforms (Slack, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages commonly spoken by our clients).
