Overview:

JOB SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the NOPS Director or designee, assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring in the administration department by performing facilitator duties and maintain the physical environment of the area. Performs a variety of responsible and specialized administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains specialized reports, records and files required in connection with department work processes. Must use effective interpersonal skills in managing the complex interactions involved with the position related to Central Command. 

 

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  2. Current Basic Life Support (CPR) AHA card.
  3. Reading and comprehension of English required.
  4. Minimum one year experience in acute hospital preferred. 
  5. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word.
