Care Delivery Manager (RN) – MLTC

$63–$66/hr
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Non-Profit MLTC Organization | Contract Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced RN leader with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) experience to oversee care delivery, supervise clinical staff, lead interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with care planning and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Active NYS RN License
MLTC experience required
2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience with elderly/frail populations
Knowledge of UAS, care planning, and NYS regulations
This is a high-impact leadership role with a respected non-profit organization serving vulnerable populations throughout New York City.
