TITLE: Care Home Janitor
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma is required.
JOB DUTIES: Keep care home facility in clean and orderly condition; sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, rooms and office spaces; empty residents' trash and garbage containers; maintain building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and related maintenance activities; clean snow and debris from sidewalk; mow lawn and trim shrubbery; notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
SALARY: $34,819 per year.
