Qualifications
Must reside in Ohio and be able to work fully remote from a private, distraction-free workspace
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year relevant experience with high call volume work (queues, inbound lines, intake, member services, call center)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and comfort managing competing priorities
Proficient with computers and able to work in multiple systems; strong data entry accuracy and Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone presence and emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and maintain consistent communication with team members and leadership
Responsibilities
Manage an inbound care management queue and respond to questions/inquiries from members, guardians, and parties supporting services
Take and process referrals for behavioral health services; confirm Medicaid eligibility and document outcomes accurately
Complete Health Risk Assessments (HRA) for assigned members and record results in electronic systems
Communicate professionally with care coordinators, case managers, behavioral health providers, referral sources, and community stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems, including electronic record systems and Excel
Identify issues, clarify needs/goals, and route/escalate items appropriately while maintaining service quality
Protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational privacy requirements
Adapt quickly to changing workflows, priorities, and program needs while maintaining accuracy and accountability

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET (no weekends, no holidays)
