Customer Service Representative - Urgently hiring in St. Louis!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $21–$23/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a customer-focused role where you can make a difference without the pressure of sales? Join a collaborative team in St. Louis as a Customer Service Representative, helping employer groups and their members navigate enrollment and available programs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide personalized support through phone outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing customer service. You'll receive hands-on training before taking ownership of your own assigned groups and members.


What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for

• Managing assigned employer groups and their members
• Making frequent outbound calls to members and providing helpful, professional support
• Reaching out to members who have recently changed insurance coverage and assisting with copay card enrollment
• Answering questions and providing a warm, positive customer experience
• Making follow-up calls and leaving voicemails as needed
• Entering and maintaining accurate member and client information in Salesforce

• Willingness to learn insurance terminology and healthcare processes


Preferred Experience
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or PBM experience
• High-volume phone or customer/member support experience
