About All Tennessee Caregivers

Founded in 2009 and proudly family-owned, All Tennessee Caregivers delivers personalized, compassionate in-home care to individuals navigating aging, illness, disability, and recovery across Tennessee. Our services include daily living assistance, personal hygiene, companionship, meal preparation, and more.

Role Overview

The Care Manager is the face and engine of our new Chattanooga market — our first office employee in the area. You will own the full client lifecycle: onboarding new clients, building and managing caregiver schedules, nurturing relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources, and growing our presence in the Chattanooga community.

This role calls for someone who is equally comfortable sitting at a client's kitchen table walking through a care plan, filling a last-minute schedule gap, and introducing our services to a social worker. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: you will build the Chattanooga market from the ground up, and as it grows, so does the role — with a clear path toward building and leading a local team and a revenue-sharing opportunity that lets you share directly in the growth you create.

You’ll be backed by the proven playbook that drove rapid, sustained growth in our other markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

  • Participate in initial in-home visits to ensure clients, families, and caregivers all understand the care plan

  • Follow up with new clients within 7 days of service start

  • Clearly document client concerns and feedback from the first week of service

  • Review each new client's plan of care and build the care plan in our scheduling system in a timely manner

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate caregiver schedules with minimal shift gaps

  • Respond to urgent schedule changes within 30 minutes by call or text

  • Use internal systems to track and adjust caregiver availability, including call-out and fill-in workflows

  • Communicate clearly and promptly with caregivers and clients regarding schedule updates

Client & Caregiver Engagement

  • Conduct regular in-home supervisory visits with each client (at least 1–2 per quarter)

  • Log all client and caregiver contact in care notes and our internal systems

  • Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain collaborative communication with management and field staff

Recruitment

  • Conduct caregiver candidate interviews, either virtually or in person

  • Confidently make hiring decisions to build the right caregiver team for the Chattanooga market

  • Identify and manage staffing needs, relaying them to our dedicated recruitment team for support

Caregiver Retention

  • Proactively check in with caregivers to assess workload, morale, and growth goals

  • Resolve grievances within 24 hours or escalate appropriately

  • Recommend caregivers for additional hours or training when appropriate

  • Use recognition and feedback to foster a positive work environment

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, social workers, and referral partners

  • Attend at least one networking or industry event per month

  • Follow up on leads and referrals within 48 hours

  • Visit at least 4 facilities per week and complete regular outbound outreach

  • Grow billable hours in the Chattanooga market against defined quarterly targets

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in home care, healthcare administration, case management, or a related field

  • Self-starter comfortable operating independently as the first employee in a new market

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong relationship-builder — with clients, caregivers, and referral sources alike

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities

  • Compassionate, client-first mindset with sound judgment and intuition

  • Comfortable with scheduling software and basic office tools

  • Communicates with clarity, accountability, and timely follow-through

  • Open to feedback and coaching, with a professional presence that sets the example for a future local team

  • Preferred qualifications: associates or bachelors degree, or relevant experience

Compensation & Growth

  • Range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr plus bonus potential

  • Revenue sharing: As Chattanooga grows, your revenue share grows with it — designed so total compensation meaningfully exceeds base pay

  • Schedule: Full-time · Remote to start, transitioning to in-person as the local team grows

  • Growth path: Opportunity to build and lead the Chattanooga team as the market scales

  • Environment: Small, supportive team with direct access to leadership

  • Benefits: Opportunities for advancement, referral programs
