Care Manager - INCLUSION Program:
The INCLUSION Program serves children and youth in grades K-12 with serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. A continuum of intensive supports and services are offered within the regular education environment, and also through tutorial services, to ensure that a student's needs are fully addressed without placing undue demands on the school's regular staff. Family services and summer programming are also provided.
The INCLUSION Program Care Manager would serve to support families in accessing needed medical, educational, social, or other services to address a child's needs and coordinate services across multiple community-based services.

Vermont regulation mandates that if you do not hold a valid license required for this position then you must be on the Roster of Non-licensed & Noncertified Psychotherapists before you can be hired for work in this position. If you are not yet on the Roster, please begin the process immediately to avoid delay in hiring. Note this process may take 3-5 days for in-state applications and up to several weeks for out-of-state applications.
