A Brief Overview
Care Network Manager III reports to the Director or Senior Director Care Network and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Care Network office/department in order for the providers and staff to deliver quality patient care services. Develops, plans, implements, and assesses programs and policies as directed by the Ambulatory Care Network Leadership Team.
As a critical part of the leadership team, the Care Network Manager III assists in developing strategic operating and fiscal goals and works to improve and maintain fiscal viability and long-term sustainability for both the Care Network and CHOP overall. Care Network Manager III is defined as having annual patient visits of more than 40,000 and a budget of more than $15M dollars in expenses. Other Strategic Factors may apply.
Care Network Manager III will be expected to foster effective communication and strong working relationships with the Ambulatory Care Network leadership, clinical administrators and partners, Physician leads, staff, and various CHOP departments, i.e., Finance, Facilities, IS, HR, Supply Chain and Marketing.
This role will have direct reports, and must have the ability to connect with staff, embrace decision making, lead with intention, champion change, and demonstrate productive and collaborative relationships throughout the Ambulatory Care Network and with senior leadership within CHOP.

SALARY RANGE:
$89,840.00 - $114,550.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
This job is eligible for an incentive program.
