Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Career Coach for our client in Nicholasville, KY 40356. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Career Coach
Location: Nicholasville, KY 40356
Duration: Up to 12 months
Work Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Mon-Fri (some Saturday events and evening events may be required)
Pay rate: $28.00

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
  • Deliver individualized career coaching services.
  • Facilitate career exploration activities.
  • Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and employer engagement.
  • Support college and career readiness initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with students, educators, employers, and families.
  • Analyze student progress and adjust coaching strategies.
  • Travel regularly between assigned schools and community locations.
  • Support special projects and statewide initiatives as assigned.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily school-based with frequent travel.
  • Combination of office, classroom, and community environments.
  • Occasional evening or weekend activities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and transport program materials.
  • Frequent computer and mobile technology use.

To be considered for this position, you should have:
Minimum Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in education, counseling, human services, business, communications, public administration, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Experience
  • Experience working with high school students or young adults.
  • Career counseling, advising, workforce development, or case management.
  • Postsecondary admissions, financial aid, or college access.
  • Employer engagement or business relations.
  • Delivering presentations or classroom instruction.
  • Working within public education or government programs.
