Responsibilities:
The Work Readiness Facilitator will be responsible for:
Developing training curriculum for life skills and work readiness
Facilitating work readiness groups in-person and virtually
Educating participants on benefits, budgeting, and self-sufficiency
Applying motivational techniques to enhance success
Consulting with staff on training needs
Qualifications:
Strong facilitation skills
Associate's Degree
Basic computer skills
Strong public speaking ability
Experience in workforce development
Microsoft Word proficiency
Professionalism

Coachable
