Career Consultant

12-Month Temporary Assignment

Seeking an experienced Career Consultant to provide career coaching, case management, and workforce development services to individuals working toward long-term employment success.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and employment planning.
• Assist participants with job readiness, career exploration, and training opportunities.
• Deliver case management services and maintain accurate participant records.
• Connect participants with community resources and supportive services.
• Monitor progress toward employment and program goals.
• Collaborate with community partners and service providers to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce development, reentry services, criminal justice, employment services, case management, or a related field.
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals, returning citizens, or individuals facing barriers to employment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce development programs, community resources, and employment readiness strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet program performance goals.
