Position Summary The WIOA Youth Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for WCI's Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program in Western Wisconsin. This position combines program coordination, community partnership development, and direct participant services to ensure young people have access to education, training, employment, and supportive services that help them successfully transition to careers and self-sufficiency. The Youth Coordinator works closely with staff, schools, employers, workforce system partners, and community organizations to coordinate high-quality youth services throughout the region. The position is responsible for supporting program implementation, monitoring performance and service delivery, ensuring compliance with WIOA requirements, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand services for youth. Position Details Reports To: Operations Manager Classification: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Work Location: Assigned WCI work location or approved work arrangement. Regular travel throughout the region may be required. Compensation: $49,920–$59,259 annually ($24.00–$28.49/hour), depending on qualifications and experience, in accordance with WCI's Board-approved Pay Plan.
