This role collaborates with internal teams and partners, facilitates workshops, maintains case notes, and ensures accurate data entry and reporting.Key Responsibilities Conducts assessments to new clients to determine servicesRefers clients to vocational rehabilitation, training or to Account Managers for recruiting events.Works closely with Account Managers and Community Partners to match employer needs/job orders with the skills and qualifications of jobseekers.Manages a schedule for training, client assessment and individual career advisement with placement targets resultsMaintains a case load and manages case notes for each clientReviews resumes and assess candidates' eligibility for specific job openingsAssists candidates in preparing or revising resumesConducts workshops to help build candidates' skills and improve their chances of employmentInput data into database and generate reports for trainingsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications College degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience working with special populationsBilingual Spanish speakers preferredMinimum 1-2 years' experience in the social services, human resources, teaching or advisement fieldsAbility to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referralsAbility to problem solve and work with a diverse customer baseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a performance metric/results-oriented environmentPay Range: $23.08/hr - $24.08/hrAbout Us Grant Associates is a national workforce development company that is passionate about raising the economic security for the people, businesses, and communities we serve.
