Requirements / Qualifications

Required: -Minimum of three years (3,000 hours) of work experience -At least one year must be hands-on experience -Hands-on Experience must include one year within the last five years, or two years within the last ten years -Official university transcripts showing relevant coursework -Up to 48 semester units in the subject area may substitute for up to two years of work experience. *24 units equal one year / 48 units equals two years -Willingness to complete online coursework to obtain a Career Technical Education credential in the Healthcare pathway -Credential must be completed within a three-year period -Completed EdJoin application -Current resume -Cover letter -Three recent letters of recommendation : Must be dated within the last six months -Must be different from the three references listed on the EdJoin application Preferred: -Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse -Advanced industry certifications relevant to the healthcare sector
