Caregiver $1000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity: $1000 for full time & $500 for part-time

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a caring and dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client in the comfort of their home. This role is centered on providing personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines. You will also help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure the client’s home is comfortable and well cared for.

Schedule: Monday/Tuesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care and support with daily hygiene and dressing
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer companionship
