Caregiver Responsibilities
As a professional caregiver, you will:
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support in clients’ homes
- Work flexible shifts with varying schedules and care needs
Caregiver Requirements
We welcome both experienced and new caregivers.
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and motivated to grow as a caregiver
