Caregiver - Afternoon/Evenings | Dog Lovers Only

Care for Midnight (adorably friendly black lab mix) and his human!  Home care needed for older individual living with dementia.  Midnight is crate trained and loving.

• You love dogs. 
• You have a valid GA State Driver’s License with clean record?
• You have a valid TB Clearance?
• You have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP? [Preferred]
• You have 1 year of Senior Care / Activities Experience? [Preferred]

Primary role is ensuring seniors are socially engaged, having fun with movement, cognitively challenged, and finding joy during their day!

• Schedule: PT afternoon and evening Monday – Friday
• Pay: $16.50 / hour plus additional for pet care

Job Duties:

Home care: Our client requires supportive assistance and supervision in the home including light house keeping, meal preparations, and laundry.  You will need to ensure that Midnight is well-cared for.

You may also assist with adult day center duties…

• Leading vibrant activities developed by director
• Serving meals, playing games, art, music & engaging in conversation
• Driving company vehicles to transport seniors to/from the Day Care Center
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living
• Team Environment, other duties necessary in Day Center operations including light housekeeping duties
