Shift Schedules & CompensationWe operate on three standard 8-hour shifts. All positions include a rotating weekend schedule. - 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $19.30/hour (CNA rate: $20.30/hour)
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $20.05/hour (CNA rate: $21.05/hour)
- 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $20.30/hour (CNA rate: $21.30/hour)
Choose Your Commitment Level:- Full-Time: 5 days a week (60+ hours per bi-weekly pay period)
- Part-Time: Roughly 3 days a week (40–59 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, compassionate daily care and companionship to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health, behavior, or needs.
- Collaborate warmly with residents' families and our healthcare team.
Qualifications- Experience: Prior caregiving experience (personal, professional, or familial) is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
- CNA License: Not required, but highly rewarded with an extra $1.00/hour.
- Availability: Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule is required.
- Traits: High empathy, strong communication skills, reliability, and patience.
