What You'll Do

Responsibilities may vary based on each client's needs and individualized plan of care and may include:

• Providing companionship and personal care
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Helping with meal preparation and feeding
• Providing light housekeeping and linen changes
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands and appointments, when applicable
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following the client's plan of care and applicable care procedures
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
