Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Pay: $17:00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience and availability)

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, and professional Caregivers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving seniors, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing professional and exceptional client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing

    • Dressing

    • Grooming

    • Toileting assistance

    • Ambulation and mobility support

    • Assist with meal planning and preparation

    • Encourage hydration and proper nutrition

    • Perform light housekeeping duties, including:
      • Laundry

      • Dishwashing

      • Vacuuming

      • General tidying

    • Assist with medication reminders

    • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities

    • Monitor and report changes in a client's condition to the care coordinator

    • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

    • Promote client safety, comfort, and independence

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Preferred

  • Previous caregiving experience

  • Previous caregiving experience

  • CNA certification

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or individuals with disabilities
