Position – Assisted Living Caregiver Location: Residences On Forest Lane – Montello, WI (On-site) Status: Full-time & Part-Time Schedule: Days (6:00am-2:30pm) | PMs ( 2:00pm-10:30pm) | NOCs (10:30pm – 6:30am) - Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - Ask us about our flexible scheduling, we want to work with your schedule! ____________________ Job Summary: A Caregiver at Residences on Forest Lane is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.
