Description of the role: The Caregiver role at Pleasant Hill Senior Services in Bryant, Arkansas involves providing compassionate care and assistance to senior citizens in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Light Housekeeping
• Companionship 
• Meal prep
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health or behavior.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in care giving or a related field.
• Compassion and patience when working with elderly individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
