About the Role:
Join Generations Home Care LLC as a Caregiver in Chandler/East Valley, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that allows individuals to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Pay is $18.00-$19.00 hourly (CNA $19.00-$20.00 hourly).
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor client health as per care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document and report changes in client condition to the care team.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition management.
Requirements:
- 2 years previous experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clear background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, could include evenings and weekends.
- First Aid, CPR certification and TB Test required.
