Caregiver

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule: Full-time and part-time positions availablePay Frequency: Bi-weekly

At Touching Hearts at Home, caregiving is about more than helping with daily tasks. It’s about being someone a client can count on and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own home.

We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers and CNAs who genuinely enjoy helping others and want their work to make a difference.

We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting• Help with mobility and transfers• Provide companionship and emotional support• Prepare meals for clients• Perform light housekeeping related to care• Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening• Ability to lift 25 pounds
