About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Chattanooga as a Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients conditions to the healthcare team.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is advantageous.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
