Responsibilities and Duties of our Caregiver/Home Health Aides:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Daily Living Support: Help with light housekeeping, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
- Companionship: Provide meaningful social interaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

- Health Monitoring: Track daily care notes, assist with medication reminders, and report changes to office staff.
Our Caregiver/Home Health Aides perform patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
- Measuring and preparing special diets
- Understanding dementia care
- Incontinence care
Qualifications and Skills of our Caregiver/Home Health Aides:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE AND CURRENT CAR INSURANCE
