Caregiver / CNA - Guaranteed Full Time Hours

In exchange for your commitment to be available on your assigned days, you will receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay every week, even if your full schedule is not booked.This is a Tribute Home Care position. That means you will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely supports you, celebrates you, and has your back every day.What this role requiresYou must be comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits across Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods. Visits are 12 hours and start at 7a/8a or 7p/8p. You must be available at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day.Who does well hereYou have professional hands-on caregiving experience and a personal reason you do this work. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team. You are dependable, flexible about travel and scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most.What we need from youValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience. Availability for long (12-hour)  visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day. CPR certification.
