We are seeking several compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide companion-level care for a wonderful older adult living just outside of La Vernia. ASAPMonday to Thursday 12-3pmFriday 12-5pm17 hours per week Responsibilities include companionship, light assistance with bathing, and helping support a safe, comfortable daily routine. What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:
- Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
- Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Caring Heart: You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.
- Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
- Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course
- CNA training (not required, but a plus!)
- Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.
Pay is $16 per hour,
