    Description

    Caregiver/CNA -Myrtle Beach


    Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

    • Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, and exercises

    • Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition

    • Provide companionship and emotional support

    • Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year experience

    • Reliable transportation

    • Strong communication and companionship
