BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson is seeking dependable, caring professionals to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes during 12-hour daytime shifts.

Available Shifts
- Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available
- Additional shifts may be available based on client needs

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide, you will:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safety supervision
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
- Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Caregiving experience preferred; we welcome compassionate individuals with relevant experience
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
