About the Role: Just Between Seniors LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Tomball, TX. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, bedbath, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, hoyer lift and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current CNA certification or prior experience as a professional caregiver preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
Experience working with elderly or special needs populations preferred
