Right at Home Spokane is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. As a trusted leader in in-home care, we are looking for motivated individuals ready to build a meaningful career as a Personal Caregiver, providing essential support to seniors and individuals in need.
Competitive pay ($19–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care as a professional Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support as a dedicated in-home Caregiver
- Work directly in clients’ homes with flexible shifts tailored to each Caregiver’s availability
Requirements:
- HCA or CNA license preferred for Caregiver roles, but not required (we provide paid Caregiver training)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, compassionate, and service-oriented Caregiver with a passion for helping others
