About the Role:
CARE 4 SOUL INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities
• Document and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
