What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Assist with daily routines and non-medical activities

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

• Offer respite and support for family caregivers

• Encourage independence, social engagement, and quality of life

• Communicate changes in client needs or well-being

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine interest in supporting older adults

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Personal or family caregiving experience is valued

• Reliable transportation to client assignments

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance for transportation assignments
