What We Are Looking For

  • Prior home care or care-giving experience strongly preferred — CNA certification a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a home care, healthcare, or office coordination role — required

  • Exceptional organizational skills — ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal, professional at all times
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with scheduling software — WellSky experience a plus
  • Self-directed, reliable, and highly accountable
  • Empathetic with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Discretion with confidential client and staff information
