Job Title: Caregiver Coordinator (Field-Based)

Position Overview:
Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Caregiver Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field. The Caregiver Coordinator will play a key role in supporting caregivers, conducting hands-on training, and maintaining client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and support caregiver schedules and assignments

  • Conduct in-home visits to supervise and support caregivers in the field

  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to caregivers to ensure quality care standards

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers

  • Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns promptly

  • Serve as a point of contact for caregivers and assist with call-outs or shift coverage

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and staff

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or caregiver supervision preferred

  • CNA or healthcare background (Required) 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

  • Ability to travel locally to client homes for training and supervision

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
