What You'll Do

Depending on your client's individual care plan, you may:

• Provide companionship and conversation• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care• Support mobility, walking, and transfers• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition• Provide medication reminders• Perform light housekeeping• Assist with errands and transportation when applicable• Support daily routines and independence• Observe and report changes in client condition• Provide safe, respectful, and dependable one-on-one care

Who We're Looking For

Successful caregivers on our team are:

• Compassionate and patient• Dependable and punctual• Comfortable providing one-on-one care• Strong communicators• Respectful of client preferences and routines• Committed to consistently showing up for their scheduled clients

At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.

Experience with Parkinson's disease, dementia, mobility assistance, transfers, personal care, or other specialized care needs is highly valued.

Flexible Scheduling

Opportunities may include:

• Day shifts• Evening shifts• Weekend shifts• Overnight shifts• PRN / fill-in opportunities

Hours typically range from 12–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and caregiver availability.

Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience• Valid driver's license• Current auto insurance• Reliable transportation• Negative TB test• Authorization to work in the U.S.• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding
