Available Shifts:
- Evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Overnights: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and daily support to individuals with special needs in home and community settings. You'll help promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create a safe, positive environment where each individual can thrive.

What You'll Do
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning and cooking
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Encourage participation in recreational activities, games, crafts, and life-skills development
- Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and social activities
- Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and document services as required
- Maintain a safe environment while following organizational policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and fellow team members

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire
- CPR certification (training available)
- First Aid certification (training available)
- Article 9 certification (training available)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when needed
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities
