Private Care Management LLC is recruiting 100 new team members, to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Hiring in: Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Union, Monmouth, Middlesex, Hudson, Sussex, and Morris counties.

Your role

• Assist with personal care and everyday routines according to individual support plans.

• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Encourage independence, personal choice, and community participation.

• Provide respectful, attentive support that protects each individual’s dignity.

• Complete service documentation and communicate with your supervisor.

We’re looking for people who

• Show up on time and follow through.

• Are patient, compassionate, and respectful.

• Are willing to learn and complete required training.

• Can follow support plans and communicate clearly.

• Complete required screening before starting work.

Home health aides and applicants with caregiving experience are encouraged to apply. These positions involve Direct Support Professional work.
